John started Anderson Air from a passion for Aviation. John is currently the Chairman, CEO and majority owner of The Oppenheimer Group, based in Coquitlam BC. John has worked for Oppenheimer, the oldest operating company in BC, for over four decades and continues to be strategically involved in the business at Anderson Air.

Ryan has a passion for aviation and the family business. Ryan joined the team in 2002 as co-pilot in the flight operations. Ryan has gained valuable corporate flying experience since joining the team while helping to serve and build the client base. Along with being a Director at The Oppenheimer Group, Ryan is the President, COO and day-to-day driving force of Anderson Air.

Ashley – Executive Assistant to our President and Owner, Ryan, is an indispensable member of the Anderson Air team in assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the business. This role extends beyond direct support, providing vital coordination and assistance to all management and departments within the company. Equipped with exceptional organizational skills, discretion, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, Ashley ensures efficient communication, fosters teamwork, and helps drive the company’s goals and objectives.

Lynn Joined Anderson Air in year 2015 with 20+ years of accounting and finance experience. As a Chief Finance Officer, Lynn provides strategic vision and direction for the financial success of the company. Lynn undertakes all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and daily accounting operations. Lynn had previously worked in the fishing industry, property management/ real estate industry and IT industry. As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from China and a Diploma in Advanced Accounting from BCIT.

Irene brings 18+ years of accounting expertise to Anderson Air, where she has been a key team member since May 2018. With CPA and CGA certifications, Irene oversees financial operations, including tax filings, payroll, and the training of accounts receivable and payable teams. She is committed to delivering transparent financial reports for aircraft owners and ensuring accurate, timely billing for clients. Her leadership ensures precision and trust in every financial aspect of the business.

Gordon joined Anderson Air in April 2012 as the Director of Maintenance. He is a certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with over 50 years of commercial and business aviation experience, both national and international. In November 2022 he moved into the position of Vice President Maintenance.

Dave has over 20 years of aviation experience. He started his career working on the ramp while doing his pilot licensing, before joining industry as a pilot and regulatory compliance administrator. Dave has worked for private and commercial corporate flight departments in various roles during his career and joined Anderson Air in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration – Aviation (BBA) from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Master of Business Administration – Finance (MBA) from UBC’s Sauder School of Business.

Michael began his flight training as a teenager right here at CYVR in the early 1990’s. Michael started flying commercially in the late 1990’s, subsequently spending 7 years in a small niche part of the aviation industry conducting remote sensing operations for the resource extraction industry across the globe. With subsequent experiences in the Air Ambulance operations of BC for a couple years, then onto corporate aviation in 2008, Michael is now a 15+ year veteran of the private aviation industry having flown Learjets, and various Bombardier Challenger and Dassault Falcon aircraft models around the world for thousands of VIP clients. Michael joined Anderson Air in 2022 with the addition of the Falcon 7X aircraft to the fleet.

Sarah joined Anderson Air in 2021 as a Flight Coordinator and was promoted to the manager of the department in 2021. With over 20 years in travel management, program planning, and hospitality, Sarah now leads the Flight Coordination team at Anderson Air. With her focus on client-centered service, Sarah works with the team to create seamless customer experiences while promoting a culture of service excellence – focusing on doing this every day to ensure that everyone has a safe, organized, and memorable experience. Sarah is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners and clients that inspire confidence and loyalty – executing planning with special care and attention and creating the best customer experience through every step of the journey.

Amy brings over a decade of diverse aviation experience to Anderson Air. Since joining private aviation in 2019, her dedication to exceptional onboard service and relationship management has been a hallmark of her career. Joining Anderson Air in 2023, she excelled in Sales and Flight Coordination, representing the company at industry events and strengthening key vendor partnerships. Promoted to Charter Sales and Revenue Manager in August 2024, Amy continues to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth with her expertise and passion for the industry.

With a passion for service excellence, Leanne has over two decades of customer service expertise, including commercial and business aviation. She began her career as a flight attendant for an award-winning Middle Eastern carrier in 2007 before joining a leading luxury private aviation company, and she was based out of London, UK. In 2015 she assumed leadership responsibilities for the cabin services team across North America, focusing on recruitment, training and management. Leanne joined Anderson Air in 2022 and was promoted to Manager of Cabin Experience in August 2023. She is dedicated to ensuring seamless customer experiences, inspiring her team to maintain the brand’s standards of excellence through personalized, bespoke cabin services.

Shae is a creative professional with a knack for fostering vibrant and inclusive workplaces and building connections. Her passion lies in creating positive and engaging workplaces that foster growth and enhance overall employee satisfaction. Her journey has taken her through the corridors of television, film, live events, and advertising that allows her to bring a unique perspective, that is a blend of creativity and precision, to everything she does. With a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management, she excels in designing and implementing HR solutions that align with business objectives. Shae joined Anderson Air in 2024 as the People & Culture Manager focusing on supporting our people development and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Alicia is an experienced flight attendant with over eight years in both private and commercial aviation. Having lived, worked and studied in five different countries, she possesses a global mindset and a keen understanding of diverse client needs. Alicia excels in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring comfort and safety, as well as tailoring experiences for all owners and clients. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Global Management.
