JOHN ANDERSON: Founder, CEO and Majority Owner

John started Anderson Air 36 years ago from a passion for Aviation. John is currently the Chairman, CEO and majority owner of The Oppenheimer Group, based in Coquitlam BC. John has worked for Oppenheimer, the oldest operating company in BC, for 40 years and continues to be strategically involved in the business at Anderson Air.

RYAN ANDERSON: President, COO and Owner

Ryan has a passion for aviation and the family business. Ryan joined the team in 2002 as co-pilot in the flight operations. Ryan has gained valuable corporate flying experience for the past 14 years while helping to serve and build the client base. Along with being a Director at The Oppenheimer Group, Ryan is the President, COO and day-to-day driving force of Anderson Air.

DIANE BOTTERILL: Executive Assistant

Diane has over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. She has a passion for meeting people and exhibits a great interpersonal quality. Diane’s proven strengths are not limited to her meticulous attention to detail and organization, her dedication to confidentiality is of utmost importance.

LYNN WANG: CPA, CGA, BSc. Controller

Lynn Joined Anderson Air in year 2015 with over 7 years accounting experience. As a controller, Lynn undertakes all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, and daily accounting operations. Lynn had previously worked in the fishing industry, property management/ real estate industry and IT industry. As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from China and a Diploma in Advanced Accounting from BCIT.

GORDON BARKER: Director of Maintenance

Gordon is a certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with 44 years commercial and business aviation experience, both national and international. He is the person responsible for the fleet maintenance, Transport Canada liaison and supervision of the Approved Maintenance Organization’s performance.

BRIAN MOON: Operations Manager

Brian has been in aviation for 15 years and in business aviation flying corporate jets for the last 10 years accumulating over 5000hrs. Being a British Columbia native he has spent the last 10 years visiting at least one new airport every month across North America, Hawaii and Mexico. Brian’s early passion for aviation had him instructing, competing and preforming aerobatics.

NICOLE CHARLESWORTH: Manager of Flight Coordination

Nicole started her Aviation Career 8 years ago and has been in the Customer Service Industry for 13 years. She has both In-Flight and Operational experience in the Airline Industry, which includes working up North where she dispatched Medevac and Charter flights. She is responsible for training and supervising the Flight Coordinators, whose keen attention to detail and extensive organizational skills are vital to a successful operation.


Chris began his career in aviation over 35 years ago in the Airline Industry transitioning to Corporate Business Aviation over the last 6 years. His many positions include, Chief Pilot, Training Captain, Line Captain and Operations Controller/Dispatcher. Chris’ experience spans globally, accumulating over 17,000 flying hours.
